An $8,000 Mini-Grant The ASTC Creativity Garden Mini-Grant allows the Cade Museum to provide field trips, including bussing, for all fourth and fifth grade students from Metcalfe Elementary. These field trips will supplement their classroom instruction in a hands-on environment that promotes exploration, experimentation, and meets educational standards. To qualify for this grant, the field trips had to demonstrate that they met some of the seven components of creativity in children developed by the Center for Childhood Creativity. Thanks, ASTC! |
