The Cade Museum strives to never turn away a student because of financial need. Please complete one scholarship application per student, to be submitted by 11:59pm on April 30, 2023. Scholarships are awarded by lottery selection after the application window has ended. Incomplete applications will not be included in the lottery selection. Students may only receive one scholarship for the 2023 Summer Camp season.
The Cade Museum will notify selected applicants of their award by May 10, 2023. This notification email will provide further instructions for enrollment. Scholarships must be accepted by May 19, 2023, or the spot will be forfeited. Additional documentation may be requested to fulfill data collection requirements for grant distribution.
Unselected applications will be randomly assigned a position on the scholarship waitlist to be considered if space becomes available.

Camp Scholarship FAQ
Q: Can I apply for a scholarship for a “sold out” camp?
A: Yes, there are scholarship seats reserved for each camp. These seats are not available for paid registration.
Q: What if my child can no longer attend the camp that they were awarded a scholarship for?
A: All scholarships are awarded at one time. There will not be an opportunity to change the date of the camp awarded to you. If your child is not able to accept the scholarship they are awarded, then the spot will be forfeited to the next applicant on the waitlist. Your child can then be added to the waitlist for a camp week that they can attend. If you need to change your camp request before the application window has closed, please email us at rsvp@cademuseum.org and we will be happy to update the application for you.
Q: How much of the registration cost will be covered by a scholarship?
A: You choose the amount of scholarship aid (50%, 75%, or 100%) that you are requesting as part of the scholarship application.
