David Saliwanchik
A registered patent attorney and partner at Saliwanchik, Lloyd, and Eisenschenk, David Saliwanchik is an expert in U.S. and international patent procurement, dispute resolution, and license agreements. His areas of expertise are in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, immunology, and natural products.
Mr. Saliwanchik serves on the Board of BioFlorida, and since 1996 has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Selected as one of Florida’s Legal Elite, he also has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America.
A 1983 graduate of the University of Florida (B.S., Chemistry, B.S., Environmental Engineering), Mr. Saliwanchik received his J.D. from the University of Michigan in 1987. He is a resident of Gainesville, Florida.
