What types of events can be held at the Cade Museum? The Museum is a perfect venue for a wide variety of special events, including, but not limited to: dinners, receptions, meetings and corporate retreats, lectures, galas, award ceremonies, and fundraisers.
When can I have my event?
Evening events may utilize the whole museum and begin no earlier than 6 p.m.
Daytime Meetings held on Monday or Tuesday may be held in the Idea Atelier and must fall between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
How much does it cost to rent the Cade Museum? Once you have filled out a request form and visited us to looked at the space, we will provide you with a specially tailored proposal that includes all estimated fees. Discounts for 501 (c)(3) organizations are available.
What spaces are included in the rental rate? Whole museum rentals include access to the Rotunda, Petty Family Gallery, and the Traveling Exhibit. The Sweat Solution, Creativity Lab, and Patio may be added to facility rentals for an additional fee.
Is there equipment included with my rental? You will have access to: AV Equipment- large presentation screen, cordless microphone, podium, surround-sound speakers. Tables and Chairs- (200) garden chairs, (20) 6ft tables, (10) pubs/high tops, (15) 60 inch rounds
Do you have exclusive vendors, or can I hire my own? You are welcome to bring in your own vendors as long as (a) each vendor understands and follows all guidelines for facility rental, (b) you give us a list of all vendors, including contact information, in advance of your event, and (c) each vendor submits a valid Certificate of Insurance to us in advance of your event.
