Doodle Day 2016
Visitors had a blast doodling the day away on February 26 in the Creativity Lab for 352Creates.
352Creates offered citizens free, "pop-up" style art activities that promote health and community engagement in unexpected ways and places. The Cade Museum was thrilled to be a partner. Thanks to everyone who came out and showed off their creativity!
Cotton To The Cade
The Cade Museum held the 2nd Annual "Cotton to the Cade: A Walking Tour" on February 27. Visitors enjoyed a gorgeous day exploring Depot Avenue between the Cade Museum and the Cotton Club Museum and Cultural Center.
Thank you to all of the partner Organizations that participated in the event: Cotton Club Museum and Cultural Center, Akira Wood, Gainesville Community Redevelopment Agency, Harn Museum of Art, Make.Work, Matheson History Museum, Oelrich Construction, Sequential Artists Workshop, and SoMa Media Art Hub.
Supported in part by: Gainesville Regional Utilities.
The Cade Museum is now on Instagram. Look out for our #inventionoftheweek every Monday and an experimental video straight from the Cade Labs on Wednesdays! #CadeWay
