A career Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State, Miles' assignments included a Provincial Reconstruction Team in Karbala, Iraq, the staff of the National Security Council at the White House, and postings in Argentina, Germany, and Barbados. During the 2016 presidential campaign Mr. Miles served as a Latin America policy advisor to Governor Jeb Bush. |
