Scott Perdue

Scott Perdue is an aviation writer for several U.S. and foreign magazines and the author of the novel, “Pale Moon Rising.” He has served as a consultant to the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Navy, NASA, Raytheon and the RAND Corporation. He was involved in the TV show, “Wings to Adventure” for two years and produced the promotional video for the Hollywood movie “Men of War.”
Scott has a Master’s degree in History from the University of California and an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas, where he majored in physics. He enlisted in the U.S. Marines after high school and later joined the U.S. Air Force where he flew F-4 and F-15E fighters all over the world, including during the First Gulf War and in Bosnia. After retiring from the Air Force he flew for a major airline. He joined the Cade Museum Foundation project in 2004 and served as Vice-President until 2009.
Married to Dana Perdue, also an Air Force veteran, he lives on an airpark in Fort Worth, TX. He has three daughters Ariel, Meghan and Shannon.
